Tim Edwards (Feb 2022)
Founder
After choosing redundancy 3 weeks before Covid ('the best decision ever'), Tim started his entrepreneurial journey in January 2021 with two goals: first, designing products to get people faster help in emergencies (needing a £1m investor pitch); and second (following a confluence of life events), to ‘maximise his positive impact on the world’ (whatever that meant). Two years of networking, learning and research later... he had paused his ‘emergency products’ idea in favour of ‘the Duolingo of recruitment’ (which does not need £1m to get started) - and had started running monthly ‘impact’ meetups for the 'Product-Society Fit' community James Lo ‘accidentally’ founded with his viral LinkedIn post. Tim's life is now focused around three -overlapping concepts: 'human flourishing', ‘amazing workplaces’ and ‘interdisciplinary impact’. He cat-sits to live rent-free while pre-revenue (75% Bristol, 25% London); he has found a love for hot yoga; and he has a niece and nephew to entertain as often as he can.

Eva Sands (Nov 2023)
Wiki Architect
Eva is a change-gaming strategic design specialist and Psychology scholar with a vibrant personality, a unique mode of thought, and fierce flexibility and adaptability. She possesses a passion for meaningful relationships, the marriage of man and machine, and out-of-the-box cognition; in tandem with strong ambition to facilitate self- and business-actualisation through ousting obstacles. She is fuelled by a belief that there is strength and weakness to every trait and approach; and thus the best results come from individually tailoring tactics to context. She is intrinsically motivated and perceives failure as an opportunity for learning and improvement in an ever-dynamic landscape. "The destination is at the intersection of collaboration, investigation, communication, creation and development - and there’s no plan B."

Dan Craig (Aug 2024)
Independence Architect
Dan is a seasoned technology professional with over twenty years working in start-ups (10 - 2,000 people) across Europe and North America, from independent contractors to Fortune 500 organisations. Despite a rich background in helping large businesses navigate the pace and complexities of technology, Dan made a pivotal decision in 2022 to leave the corporate world and devote his energy to initiatives that align more deeply with his personal values and passions. Driven by a desire to make truly meaningful impact, Dan's work now focuses on projects that empower both individuals and communities. As an 'Independence Architect', Dan is dedicated to building products and services that not only solve problems, but which also foster independence and self-sufficiency, believing that more personal freedom is a fruitful path towards having more time to help others. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dan is an advocate for sustainable living, deeply involved in aeroponic gardening (growing plants without soil, using only air and nutrients). He is also a strong proponent of free and open-source software, believing in the power of accessible technology. In his personal time, Dan is training to become a facilitator for Mentell, a UK-based men's mental health charity, reflecting his commitment to mental well-being and community support.
